What do Disney's Ultimate Tickets include?

Disney's Ultimate Tickets offer unlimited access to all 4 Walt Disney World Theme Parks, 2 Walt Disney World Water Parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and one Mini Golf round per day (before 4pm) at Disney's Fantasia Gardens or Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Courses.

Do Disney park tickets have an expiry date?

Disney's Ultimate Tickets expire 14 days after first day of use for 7- and 14-Day Tickets and 21 days from first day of use for a 21-Day Ticket.

Please note that the 7-Day Ultimate tickets can be used only for 7 days during the 14-day validity period.

How can I find out how many days are left on my tickets?

Information regarding remaining days on old or unused tickets may be obtained only by visiting Guest Relations at Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios or the Magic Kingdom Park.

Are tickets transferable to someone else if I don't use all of the days on my ticket?

No, this is not possible. All Multi-Day Theme Park tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the same person. The person that uses the ticket for the very first time must use the ticket for its entirety. Any tickets that are transferred are in violation of this restriction and are invalid for admission.

Can I collect my Park Tickets before I travel?

If you have just booked your tickets with us please call us on 0330 880 5010 to confirm how you will receive your park tickets.

If you have booked a Package your ticket is linked directly to your Room Key (Magic Band) and is activated upon check-in. So it is not possible to collect your Park Ticket prior to your check-in date.

How many parks are there at Walt Disney World?

There are four Theme Parks- Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom - as well as two Water Parks- Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Disney’s Blizzard Beach.

Will any rides at the Disney Parks be closed during my stay?

From time to time it is necessary for certain rides to close for planned maintenance and refurbishment - to see a list of the closures please click here.

Where can we meet the Disney characters?

We think the best way to ensure you meet your favourite Disney character is by pre-booking a character meal at one of the character dining restaurants. Character Dining meals are very popular, so book your reservations early! Disney characters will also be available for meet and greets around the park at select times.

Are there Disney Parks maps?

Maps are available from your resort hotel or upon entering the parks.

Are there ride restrictions at the parks?

Some of the attractions at Walt Disney World Resort have restrictions to ensure Guest safety. Restrictions include height restrictions, health and safety advisories, and accessibility guidelines.

What is the best way to dress for a day at the parks? Is there a dress code or any clothes that aren't suitable?

You will be spending a lot of time walking around the parks so we suggest you dress comfortably with good walking shoes and that you check the weather forecast. As the resort is a family friendly park it is advisable to use your common sense and dress appropriately. Clothing that is not suitable and which may result in you being refused entry is:

* Adult costumes or clothing that can be viewed as representative of an actual Disney character

* Masks (unless you are dressing up for a particular event)

* Clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics

* Excessively torn clothing

* Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment

* Objectionable tattoos
