To view your booking via Center Parcs Europe, check in online and download your e-ticket 2 days before travel visit: The website or Center Parcs App
To add extras such as bicycle hire this can either be done via the website portal within 2 days of arrival
Charges will apply for bed linen for Comfort Cottages for all origins in the Belgium, Dutch and German parks.

At Les Villages Nature Paris, activities can be booked on arrival, and park tickets can be collected from the Welcome Desk.
You are welcome to arrive at the resort from 10:00am and begin enjoying the facilities right away. The Welcome House is open to greet guests between 10:00am and 7:30pm. If you arrive after 7:30pm, a member of the on-site team will assist you with access to your accommodation.
Access to your accommodation is available from 4:00pm.
