Excellent service - customer before cost
Emma was mega helpful, talking me through all the different options to find the right one for me, was about ensuring we had the right vacation rather than trying to upsell / get me to spend more money.

The experience could not have been better
It was the email I received that our original booking was lost that caused me to give those 5 stars since that same email provided the option to book another one we just need to pay (which we still needed to for the other one) so that was no problem.
