Tickets are normally processed 7 - 14 days before departure. Tickets are issued in an e-ticket format so don't forget to check your email inbox for your travel documentation. If you change postal or email address please notify a member of our team on 0330 880 5006 to ensure your travel documentation is sent to the correct place.
If you would prefer to have tickets posted to you, or change your postal or email address, please let a member of our pre departure team know in advance, to ensure your travel documentation is sent to the correct place.

Please note that a valid passport is required for each passenger due to set sail on Disney Cruise Line. In addition, we strongly advise you check all government regulations before departure, which can be subject to change at any time.
It is your responsibility to check with your government embassy that you have all relevant documentation before embarking the ship and visiting each planned destination as per the cruise itinerary. MagicBreaks will not be held responsible for denied access.
If you are visiting the U.S.A you will need to sure you have completed an ESTA form via the US State Departments website at http://travel.state.gov. Guest without proper documentation will be denied boarding.
